Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't - perhaps it's not the style or size for you - we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. You may return your glasses to us and avail of either a One-Time replacement OR a refund (shipping costs NOT included).

The item should be in the same condition as when you receive it. Only item, which are unused and are without marks, scratches and other signs of wariness are subjects of return policy.

Customer MUST contact Customer Service prior to returning an order. The returned item must be complete with case and cleaning cloth. Refunds are applicable to orders within 14 Business Days.

Shipping and handling costs will NOT be refunded.

If you choose to replace your eyeglasses and you choose a frame of higher value, the difference will be charged.

If you choose to replace your eyeglasses and you choose a frame of lower value, the difference will NOT be refunded.

Progressive and Bifocal orders have 20 percent restocking fee.
